










Roniece Weaver and Associates, Inc, (RWA) aims to provide dynamic and multi-faceted culinary deliverables that are designed to encompass professional hand execution of recipe development through, foundational techniques, and past experiences of the Measures for Success program. RWA takes foundational skills and culinary proficiencies to execute a recipe for success. We are a MBWE certified organization and a HUBZone certified firm within the Greater Orlando Area of Florida.

RWA has experience and considered a subject matter expert in conducting recipe standardization and nutrient analyses on recipes to determine the nutrient content of the foods included. Our methodology is consistent with the USDA’s protocols training document. The standardization process provides accurate yields, volumes, meal patterns, and comprehensive nutrition analysis,with the ability to provide reports in multiple formats.

We have a great relationship with the American Diabetes Association and has been responsible for many first of its kind published books customized of minority communities and children.
